Refund & Exchange Policy – Who Knows

At Who Knows, all sales are final — we do not offer returns. However, we do accept exchange requests within 24 to 72 hours of receiving your order.

Exchange Guidelines

Exchanges are accepted only for size issues.

The product must be unused, undamaged, and have all original tags intact. Approval is subject to a quality check by our team.

Exchanges depend on stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, you’ll receive either store credit or the option to choose an alternate product.

Store credit is valid for 50 days.

Each order is eligible for one-time exchange only — so please double-check your size before placing your order. Need help? We’re just a message away.

Exchange Charges: A fee of ₹250 applies per exchange.

This covers reverse pickup and delivery of the new item through our third-party courier partner. If your pin code is non-serviceable for return pickup, you’ll need to ship it via your local courier service, and no exchange fee will be charged.

Refund Policy
We want you to love what you wear. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Refunds are applicable only for defective or wrong items received.

To be eligible, please raise a refund request within 3 days of receiving the product by contacting our support team.

Once your return is approved and the product is received back in original condition, we will initiate the refund.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original mode of payment.

Shipping & Timeline

The new product will be dispatched after we receive and inspect the returned item. The full exchange process usually takes 7–10 days.

Important Notes

Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. If you receive a damaged product, please share an unboxing video for verification. Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a pickup and issue store credit.
